My friend and his family originally are from Iran. They were recognized as refugee by UNHCR in Ankara, Turkey in 2000. Later, They resettled in USA by help of UNHCR. They want to go back to Turkey and request the UNHCR to refer them to another country. Will UNHCR help them one more time?... read more
